Keep your notes to yourself. Share them with who you want.
PrivateNotes is a note keeping application that gently encodes the
text to prevent rapid deciphering by prying eyes. It also allows
notes to be emailed to other parties and decoded with a desktop
client or a form on the support website,
http://www.nokelservices.com/privatenotes.
Strong mathematical encryption is NOT used, rather the text encoding
formula is combined with restrictions placed on allowable actions
with an encoded note help to keep it safe. For example, a note cannot
be edited, deleted, or emailed to someone if it cannot be decoded and
viewed. When the note is emailed, by default it is re-encoded and a
new PIN generated so the recipient cannot decode other messages on the
sending device. The encoding algorithm is varied slightly from note to
note such that the same text in different notes may not result in the
same coded text.
